Join us for an engaging evening at the joint event hosted by CMAA Chicago and National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) Chicago Metro Chapter!
Connect with professionals from both organizations as we introduce our chapters and briefly discuss our missions and programs. Lindsay DeJonghe from Turner Construction will present a session on "Active Caring & Creating the Right Environment," offering examples and tools to foster a culture engagement, active caring, and safety on our job sites.

• What does creating the RIGHT environment on our job sites look like?
• How do we encourage employees to want to come to work every day?
• What aspects of this project will employees remember?
